Rosita Cruz has over 14 years of experience in executive recruiting, having spent many years consulting for executive recruitment firms beginning with Russell Reynolds Associates. She has a B.A. degree from DePaul University and has written numerous articles on executive recruiting and small businesses. In addition to managing Recruiting Entrepreneur she supports business operations for several executive recruiting boutiques and has expertise in bookkeeping, database management and execution processing.
